Originally from Sweden I have shared the past 20 years between the French Alps and sailing the South Pacific, where I’ve been home schooling my three children. As a family we sailed to countries like Papua New Guinea, Vanuatu, New Caledonia and Fiji. The children have now moved on to university enabling me to write and illustrate full time.

 

My inspiration comes from a diverse range of sources; environmental issues, life at sea, poetry, historical events and domestic life. I’m passionate about non-fiction and to make learning fun. I also love anthropomorphising animals and other characters.When not physically traveling I love to travel in time, preferably to the 1920’s or journey through delicious recipes.
